Destined to put Minnesota on the World Whiskey Map, our state of the art distillery houses more than 15,000 square feet dedicated entirely to the whiskey making process, including our signature component: three wondrous copper pot stills. The remainder of the distillery is comprised of our Whiskey Lounge, featuring unique shared spaces for people to come together and enjoy our spirits.

On a tour you’ll get to learn how we are making American Whiskey in the traditional style of triple copper pot distillation, and even get to see our three beautiful copper pot stills in person! Following your tour, experience an intimate component tasting in our Keep where you can taste exactly what makes up our unique blend of Keeper’s Heart Whiskey.
