WHISKEY TOUR & FLIGHT
Learn how we are making American whiskey in the traditional Irish style of triple copper pot distillation. On our guided tours you’ll get to see our three beautiful copper pot stills up close and enjoy an intimate tasting of our Irish and American whiskey components that makes up our unique Keeper’s Heart Whiskey.

PORTFOLIO TASTING
Guided by one of our whiskey experts, taste through 6 of our unique and remarkable expressions of Keeper’s Heart Whiskey made by world-renowned Master Distiller, Brian Nation. This selection will include our flagship Irish + American whiskey, Irish + Bourbon whiskey, 10YO single malt whiskey, and 3 single barrel finishes.
SINGLE BARREL TASTING
Enjoy our Keeper’s Heart Whiskey finished in a unique series of casks hand selected by our Master Distiller, Brian Nation. From stout, rye, maple syrup, sherry barrels and more, these limited expressions are not to be missed. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
COCKTAIL MAKING CLASS
Looking to step up your at home bartending game? Join our incredible bartenders for a hands-on walk through of what it takes to make the two most essential whiskey cocktails: The Old Fashioned and The Manhattan. Using our signature Keeper’s Heart blended whiskies – Irish + American, Irish + Bourbon – you will spend an hour learning and practicing all the steps to craft incredible cocktails.

WHISKEY BLENDING CLASS
Here is your chance to take your know-how to the next level! This two hour experience will give you a chance to learn about whiskey-making on a distillery tour, taste your way through a flight, and then get 3 chances to craft an incredible blend of your own.

WHISKEY SENSORY CLASS
Come enjoy an afternoon of sense-ational whiskeys! Led by one of our whiskey educators, you will delve into a flight of whiskeys & an aroma kit as you learn how to study whiskey through color, flavor, & finish. Run time: 1 hour.
