Distillery Tour & Tasting
Learn how we are making American whiskey in the traditional Irish style of triple copper pot distillation. On our guided tours you’ll get to see our three beautiful copper pot stills up close and enjoy an intimate tasting of our Irish and American whiskey components that makes up our unique Keeper’s Heart Whiskey.
Tour & Tasting Hours:
- Thursdays at 5PM and 7PM
- Fridays at 3PM, 5PM, and 7PM
- Saturdays at 1PM, 3PM, 5PM, and 7PM
- Sundays at 3PM and 5PM
Cocktail Making Class
Looking to step up your at home bartending game? Join our incredible bartenders for a hands-on walk through of what it takes to make the two most essential whiskey cocktails: The Old Fashioned and The Manhattan. Using our signature Keeper’s Heart blended whiskies – Irish + American, Irish + Bourbon – you will spend an hour learning and practicing all the steps to craft incredible cocktails.
Available for booking every other Saturday.
